Returns & Cancellations

There is no exchange or refund on sale items. The Adorno Outlet Store will only accept faulty goods as returns. Any faulty goods must be made known to Adorno Outlet within 3 days of purchase. Goods will only be exchanged if the item is unworn and original tags are still in place.

An order placed through our website will ship the same or next day. If a cancellation is made before your purchase has been shipped you will incur an administration fee of $50.00. If your order has already been shipped our standard returns policy will apply.

Please contact us via the form below if you intend to return an item. Store credit will last for 6 months.

Faulty goods
Should your purchase be faulty in any way we will do our best to repair, replace or refund the faulty item.

    Order ID / Order date / Product name / Product code / Quantity
    Reason for return
